Envelopetechnik Facade Consultancy LLP was appointed as the façade consultant for The Address. Our scope encompassed comprehensive façade consultancy services, including design development, system engineering, and performance evaluation. The façade systems were meticulously engineered to ensure thermal efficiency, structural integrity, and wind load resistance, aligning with Chennai’s climatic conditions. Envelopetechnik’s collaboration with architects, developers, and contractors ensured the façade systems complemented the building’s modern architectural vision while delivering robust performance and long-term durability.
