Poulomi Palazzo, a 55-story ultra-luxury residential tower in Kokapet, Hyderabad, is a striking blend of traditional Indian aesthetics and contemporary architectural finesse designed by Genesis Planners.
A unique feature of the design is the integration of private sky gardens—with each residence offering approximately 600 sq. ft. of green space, and duplex units boasting up to 2,000 sq. ft.—creating a vertical landscape that softens the tower’s height and offers a villa-like living experience in the sky. Generous openings on multiple sides ensure cross-ventilation and abundant daylight, reinforcing a connection to nature. Having sustainability with luxury, the façade design of Poulomi Palazzo exemplifies thoughtful urban living—rooted in tradition yet shaped by modern aspirations.

Our role involves delivering comprehensive façade consultancy services, including design development, system engineering, and performance evaluation.
