Phoenix Mall of Asia is a landmark mixed-use development in North Bengaluru, encompassing over 13 acres. The project features a premier retail destination with over 1 million square feet of leasable area, housing more than 300 leading brands, a 14-screen INOX megaplex, and diverse dining options. Complementing the retail space are two Grade-A commercial office towers—Phoenix Asia Towers—offering approximately 0.78 million square feet of premium office space.
Envelopetechnik served as the façade consultant for both the retail and commercial components of Phoenix Mall of Asia, ensuring the building envelopes met the highest standards of design, performance, and sustainability.
