KRC Hetero Commerzone – Hyderabad is a premium commercial development that embodies a sleek and modern architectural language. Our façade consultancy services focused on delivering a high-performance envelope that reinforces the project’s strong visual identity while ensuring technical excellence and durability.

The building features a unitized curtain wall glazing system as its primary façade, complemented by horizontal Aluminium fins and feature lighting that highlights the structure’s form, particularly at night. The podium level integrates structural glazing and large storefront openings, enhancing transparency and creating an engaging interface with public zones.

A key design feature we developed is a custom steel jali façade, supported by a cable net system, designed to meet the architect’s vision for both aesthetics and performance. This element added unique complexity to the project, requiring detailed coordination in engineering, structural anchorage, and installation methodology.

The symmetrical massing, angular corners, and layered horizontal expression introduced challenges in movement joints, waterproofing, and façade transitions. Our consultancy scope addressed thermal and acoustic efficiency, wind load resilience, and long-term maintainability, tailored for Hyderabad’s climatic conditions.
