At Envelopetechnik Facade Consultancy, we are proud to have contributed to SAS Crown, a landmark project that redefines the skyline of Hyderabad. Rising to an impressive 255 meters, SAS Crown stands as South India’s tallest First completed residential tower, a true symbol of architectural ambition and refined living.

Designed by the globally acclaimed architecture firm Aedas, SAS Crown exemplifies the seamless blend of contemporary aesthetics with traditional Indian design elements. Our façade consultancy services played a pivotal role in translating this bold architectural vision into reality, delivering a design that is both culturally resonant and environmentally responsive.
Signature Features
- Custom-Engineered Jali Patterns
Drawing inspiration from classical Indian architecture, we developed bespoke perforated metal screens that serve both aesthetic and functional purposes—providing shading, privacy, and thermal comfort tailored to Hyderabad’s unique climatic conditions. - Material Harmony
The façade’s palette features a sophisticated blend of locally sourced natural stone and modern metallic finishes, offering a dynamic contrast between earthy textures and sleek surfaces. This thoughtful material selection creates a timeless identity rooted in both tradition and modernity. - Expansive Glass Panels
Full-height glazing solutions were integrated across the tower to maximize natural daylight, reduce energy consumption, and capture breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The reflective quality of the glass adds visual depth and a vibrant character to the façade. - 10-Foot-High Window Frames
A bold architectural move, the oversized 10-foot-high window systems dramatically enhance the sense of openness within each residence. This feature underscores the tower’s emphasis on luxury, space, and connection with the outdoors.
